Easter Parade.

Little Women.

I loved the drama and the style.

I know now those long dresses would be wildly impractical.

Especially for running an art studio.

But the hats filled with flowers and feathers and ribbons?

That part I fully support.

An original watercolor inspired by the colors and shapes of spring.

Painted by hand on paper, this piece is part of an ongoing study of seasonal flowers and the quiet beauty they bring for a short time each year.
