We spent a lot of time outside when I was little.
I didnβt appreciate it enough at the time.
My favorite time of day was dusk.
And weβd run around barefoot in the grass catching firefliesβ
the ones that light up like Christmas lights in the summer.
I donβt know what I loved more:
feeling the barely cold grass beneath my feet,
or announcing βI caught one!β every ten seconds.
πΏ Bluebells bloom in soft, hidden places.
They are associated with remembrance and fleeting beauty.
A realization that something was precious only after itβs passed.
