I don’t particularly like bees.

What I thought was an infestation was actually Mother Earth nudging me to provide her a home.

I don’t particularly like my vitamin deficiencies.

Yet what I thought was a cruel genetic mistake was actually an encrypted design for how to best care for myself.

The less I resist discomfort,

The easier it is to hear what my body needs.

It's taken me a long time...

And will likely take until the end of my days....

But if I don’t feel it,

I can’t heal it.
