My drawer is full of jewelry.
Decorative trinkets and gems I used to wear all the time.
They made me feel worldly.
Even though I hadn’t gone many places yet.
I didn’t know it then.
But something in me already believed I would.
That I’d see more of the world someday.
That I’d grow into the wild, untamed life I was drawn to.
🌿 Wildflowers don’t need anything extra to stand out.
They grow where they want.
And that kind of freedom feels more like me now.
